In a left-hand drive vehicle, first lay out the master cylinder plumbing as it came from the factory. Push the master cylinder pushrod through the dash panel and turn it 45° counter-clockwise so it is secure. Attach the master cylinder plumbing quick-connect fitting and hear the hissing click as you push it firmly into the port. After that, attach the master cylinder reservoir to the strut tower and tighten the reservoir to the strut tower nuts to 11 Nm (100 in. lbs.). Install the windshield wiper module assembly, put in the battery tray, battery and finally put on the battery shield. Attach the pushrod from the master cylinder to the clutch pedal lever and then install the retainer clip. In the last step, insert the knee bolster and the instrument panel lower silencer and secure the battery cables.

Next, remove the assembly windshield wiper module. With Disconnect tool 6638A, remove the clutch master cylinder quick connect fitting and also remove plumbing retainer. Take out the reservoir in the master cylinder to strut tower nuts and relocate the same to one side. Lastly, remove clutch master cylinder out of the dash panel, clock wise at 45 and take the master cylinder and plumbing out of the engine compartment avoiding bending or kinking the plumbing noting its routing so as to reinstall it.
