Get a firm grip on the socket on the housing's back, turn it counterclockwise about 30 degrees to unlock and then pull the socket and the bulb straight away from the opening. Separate the bulb base from the socket you are using. It's important to use the correct type and proper size of bulb while installing to keep the fixture safe. Don't let your fingers touch the glass of the bulb and keep it away from anything oily. Hold the fog lamp socket, place the base of the bulb into it and push it in until it's set. Fit the socket and the bulb together, push and twist them into the keyed section on the back of the fog light higher, ensure the connector receptacle is horizontal and finally screw and hold the socket clockwise.
