Installing a new wheel stud is done by placing it into the hub flange first. Once that's done, attach three small washers to the stud and put a lug nut on, so that the flat side touches the washers. Tighten the lug nut enough to pull the stud securely into the hub flange and make certain it is latched. Then, take out the lug nut and washers. As the next step, attach the
Brake Rotor, caliper adapter and caliper and then add the
Brake Drum. Next, screw the lug nuts onto the studs that replaced those you took off. Then, take away the car jack support and let the vehicle hang.
