Install the two hinge bolts from inside the fender and tighten the rear bolt to 20 Nm (15 ft. 1bs.) and the front bolt to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.). After that, put in the nuts that hold the hinge to the hood and tighten to 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.). Tighten the fender support bolt to 8 Nm (75 in. lbs.), as you install it. Once done, hook up the cowl grille then the wheelhouse splash shield using rivets. Next make sure the hood fits and if not make adjustments accordingly.
