How to Maintain and Fix a Door Hinge on Dodge Grand Caravan?

Put masking tape on the front doors and fender to keep them free from damage when you begin working on the front door hinge. Cut off the negative battery cable from the negative terminal, next pull the door wire harness grommet out of the cowl side panel and finally disconnect the two body wire harness connectors from the door harness. When the door seal is in the way, remove it and bring the door wire harness out from underneath it. Make sure both front door hinges are in the right place and then mark their positions with a grease pencil. Once assisted, remove the two nuts from the door hinges and handle the door carefully when you take it off. After that, mark where the front door hinges are located compared to the cowl side panel. Last, undo the two bolts for each hinge from the cowl side panel and remove the hinges when required.
