As part of shipping from the assembly plant, the IOD fuse disconnects from Junction Block cavity # 34. After delivery, dealer personnel must return the fuse to its setting to turn on all vehicle fuses. It is important to turn the ignition off, then unsnap the fuse access panel at the outside end of the instrument panel. Take hold of the outside tags of the IOD fuse holder unit in fuse cavity #34 on the Junction Block and carefully pull it away from the board. Following removal, attach the fuse access panel to the outside end of the instrument panel. To set up the fuse holder unit, turn the ignition again to OFF and push the IOD holder in cavity # 34 into the block with your thumb. The fuse access panel should be fastened to the outside left end of the instrument panel.
