How to Maintain a Wiper Motor on Dodge Intrepid?

Before servicing the wiper motor, open the hood and remove the negative battery cable from the remote battery post. After that, remove the wiper module. Take out the master link from the wiper module by using a ball and socket wedge that won't hurt the seal or the ball and socket. Take out the three bolts that are holding the wiper motor in place, then remove the wiper motor from the module. To install, fitting the wiper motor to the wiper module and fasten it with the three bolts. The wiper module master link should be snapped to the motor crank so gently that neither the ball and socket joint nor the seal are harmed as they connect. After that, put the wiper module back in place and reconnect the negative battery cable remote terminal to the remote battery post.
