Place the retractor in the B-pillar at the right place and secure it with the butt end of the indexing tabs as indicated. After that, tighten the threaded end of the retractor retaining bolt to 32 Nm. Following that, fit the screw between the retractor tabs on the B-pillar, connect the tensioner squib wire and screw the front seat belt web guide in place, torqued to 3 Nm. Locate the upper turning loop and tighten the retaining bolt to 40 Nm, then stand the upper turning loop trim cover on top and push in the lower B-pillar trim. Clip the seat belt onto the
Seat Cushion stud and secure the lower anchor nut, torqued to 37 Nm and lastly fit the trim cover to the outboard part of the seat cushion. The rear seat belt installation in a sedan involves sliding the indexing tab up on the back part of the C-pillar, securing the upper turning loop retaining bolt and torquing it to 40 Nm and attaching the lower seat anchor bolt to the C-pillar, torqued to 32 Nm. Instead of placing the rear seat belt retractor right, place it so that the indexing tab is in its slot and afterward lock with a 34 Nm nut. After that, mount the quarter trim panel and the lower seat belt anchor bolt, applying both a 32 Nm torque. With the rear center retractor in place, soften the retaining nut with a 6mm hexagon key at 34 Nm, then fit the rear seat trim, soften the lower anchor nut with a 6mm hexagon key at 34 Nm and set the rear seat cushion. Place the rear center retractor at the center back, put the bolt holding the retractor in place, torch it to 34 Nm and then install the left seat back cover.
