Put the seat cover over the foam and install 10 hog rings. After that, set the cover assembly on the seat cushion frame and snap the J-straps onto the side frames. Put the push pin fastener into the screw holes and insert the assembly into place. Place the recliner rod in its slot and push the retaining clip in completely. Attach the shield on the outside, make the clips fit all the way and then add the screw. For power seats, set the bezel back in place and make sure the front hook is facing outward and then put the other clips in place. If you have to install the handle or clip, insert the handle with the clip at the shaft, line it up and press it all the way down onto the shaft. Attach the inboard shield and its screw, after that mount the side shield screws on the back and the seat back cover straps to the suspension mat. If your power seats do not have venting, ensure the lumbar switch electrical connector is join if available and then repeat the same steps as before for adding the main shield and protecting the switch bezel. For vented power seats, insert the open side of the vent pad into the foam, put on the cover and add the hog rings. If you have a vent motor, attach the vented seat pad to it, secure all needed electrical connections and finish installing by following the steps with the switch bezel and outer side shield. Next, slide the inboard shield in, fit the side shield screws, secure the seat back cover straps to the suspension mat, attach the recliner lever if you have one and put in the front seat.
