  Before installing the Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPM) Sensor, replace seal 2 and metal washer 1 down at the base of the sensor valve stem 6. Carefully clean the place where the mounting hardware for wheel 5's sensor/valve will go, so you can see if the wheel is undamaged. Gently apply pressure to the back of metal valve stem 2 so it won't be damaged while the sensor is inserted into the wheel. Press the pressed-in washer into sensor nut 3 and, before tightening, make sure sensor housing 2 is flush with the wheel's interior by hand using pushing motion.
