Start by getting a support under the bumper and then remove the grille. Following that, unscrew the nuts holding the bumper to the outer brace and then the nuts above and below that attach the bumper to the bracket. Once that is done, disconnect the front bumper from the brackets and take off the bumper cover if you need to. If your bumper cover was removed for installation, attach it before everything else. After that, insert and fix the bumper in place using the bumper brackets and tighten the upper and lower nuts using a torque wrench, up to 94 N.m (70 ft.lbs.) torque. Then, affix the nuts that join the bumper to the outer brace and turn them to 94 N.m (70 ft.lbs.) torque, again include the grille and remove the support.
