After tightening the cluster bezel, work underneath the panel to secure the heater-A/C control vacuum harness retainer on the side of the center distribution duct, then attach the connector to secure the two halves of the heater-A/C control to heater-A/C housing vacuum harness. To change out the heater-A/C control knobs, fully rotate the control knob, hold it tightly and pull it straight out, following the opposite steps to fix in place.
