How to Install a Door Latch Assembly for the Rear Door on Dodge Ram 3500?

First, make sure the door latch goes into the door and then position it there. Attach the top latch bolt, lower latch bolt and bottom latch bolt to the door frame and tighten all three to 10 Nm (89 in. lbs.). After making the door wire harness, attach the connector to the door latch and then fasten the two rods to the latch. After that, attach the actuator rod to the door latch and the interior door handle actuator. Set the waterdam in position above the bottom of the door and attach the door trim panel. If you find the latch doesn't fit well, adjust it as necessary.
