With the EGR system removed, connect the tube to the top of the valve assembly and install two bolts. Tighten them to 20 ft. lbs. (27 Nm). After that, join the electrical connector to the EGR solenoid and straighten the negative battery cable. At the last step, use the diagnostic device to remove any prior DTC's from memory.
