I found the speed control servo bolted to the radiation grille support just underneath the right headlamp. Take off the negative battery cable at the battery and open the engine cover first. Also, separate the cable from the servo on the throttle body, take off the right headlamp assembly, disconnect the hose from the servo and disconnect the electrical link on the servo cable. Withdraw the two bolts holding the servo mounting bracket and after that, loosen and remove the two nuts supporting the servo cable sleeve. Bring the speed control cable sleeve and servo away from the mounting bracket to see the cable retaining clip and take it off. Notice how the servo is fitted to the bracket as you take it off. For the installation, insert the servo on the bracket, make sure the edge of the cable connector hole lines up with the servo pin hole and secure the clip where the cables meet the servo. Pass the servo studs through the mounting holes in the bracket, add the screws and tighten them to 8.5 Nm (75 in. lbs.). Place the servo assembly onto the body and install two bolts, also tighten them using 8.5 Nm (75 in. lbs.) of torque. Attach the vacuum line and the electrical connector to the servo after that and then link the servo cable to the throttle body. Before you begin the engine, examine the accelerator pedal for any tightness. Then, put in place the engine cover and air cleaner housing and reattach the negative terminal on the battery.
