Above the fuel cylinders on the left side, the fuel pressure regulator is fastened to the fuel cylinder carrier and reaches two rubber hoses that move engine coolant. When accessing the pressure regulator, set the left and right wheel assemblies and the fuel cylinder carrier assembly to their lowest position, always reading the Warnings and Cautions. Always begin by cleaning the pressure regulator's line fittings, after that cut the fuel line and the pressure relief line. Take the two bolts out holding the regulator on the fuel cylinder bracket and withdraw the regulator from it. To install, fit the pressure regulator onto the fuel cylinder carrier bracket, put thread lock on the bolts and screw and tighten the two bolts to 9 Nm (80 in. lbs). Install the high-pressure fuel line and pressure relief discharge line on the pressure regulator and use a Go No-Go gauge to check their fittings after tightening. Finally, set the fuel cylinders and fuel cylinder carrier on the left-hand side, in line with all the warnings and caution names listed in the manual.
