How to Maintain Your Front Outboard Seat Belt and Retractor Unit on Dodge Sprinter 2500?

The front outboard seat belt and retractor unit can be serviced after disconnecting and insulating the battery negative cable and letting the system rest for two minutes. Move the front seat all the way forward for access to the B-pillar trim, snap the plastic cover off the screw located there, remove the screw and pull out the lower anchor from the outboard frame.
