To install the air ducts, position the rear roof duct (4) and secure it with the retaining screws (3) and tighten to 3 Nm (26 in. lbs.). Then, place front roof duct (1) and install the retaining screws (2) and tighten to 3 Nm (26 in. lbs.). Next, secure rear evaporator trim panel (10) with install retaining screws (6), 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.). Position the rear evaporator trim panel (4) on the rear evaporator so that the retaining tabs click appropriately and the clips fit around the rivets and then attach the air intake grille (5) to the rear evaporator trim panel. Install front, center and rear roof duct trim panels (2, 9 and 8) with retaining screws (4 and 7), tightening to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.). Then put in the dome lamps (3) and air outlets (1). Then, finally, reconnect the negative battery cable.
