Begin the hood latch release and open the hood to remove the front bumper fascia of the JR-41 (Sedan). After that, unfasten the fascia from the front splash shields using fasteners. Hoist and support the vehicle on safety stands, using appropriate hoisting and jacking procedures. If required, take out the inner wheelhouse front wheelhouse splash shield to access the nut fastening the fender to the fascia wings. After that, take out the fasteners that you can find at the top of the fascia that secure it to the upper crossmember. Next, remove the fasteners that are at the bottom of the fascia that secure it to the radiator closure panel and brake ducts. Detach the screws holding the fascia in place to the front fenders, slide the fascia forward to disengage the hooks at the bottom of the fender, then remove the fascia. If equipped, disconnect the fog lamp wire connector from the body harness. During installation, ensure that the block of energy management foam is positioned in the front fascia. If applicable, connect the fog lamp wire connector to the body wire harness. Place the fascia on the vehicle. Place the fasteners that attach the fascia to the front fenders. Then, place the fasteners that attach the bottom of the fascia to the radiator closure panel and brake ducts. Finish with the fasteners that attach the top of the fascia to the upper crossmember. Last step is to install the splash shields on the front wheelhouse.
