Apply silicone sealer around the wheel cylinder mounting surface and install the wheel cylinder, followed by the brake line in the wheel cylinder. Install the parking brake cable in the support plate, then reinstall the axle shaft as outlined in Transmission and Drivetrain. Connect the parking brake cable to the lever on the secondary shoe and install the brake shoes on the support plate, adjusting them to the drum with a brake gauge. Finally, install the brake drum and wheel and tire assembly, and bleed the brake system.
