Unscrew the two fasteners binding the resistor to the HVAC housing, then remove the resistor. When installing, put the new resistor in the HVAC housing and secure it using the two screws which should be tightened to 2.2 Nm (20 in.lbs.). After reconnecting the blower motor wiring, push in the lock on the connector, return the kick cover to place and lastly attach the negative battery terminal.
