How to Remove and Install a PCV Valve on the Oil Filler Tube on Jeep Commander?

The cam lock (3) on the oil filler tube (4) features two slots for the locating tabs (2) on the PCV valve (6) which is sealed to the tube with an O-ring (1) beneath. Before you remove the PCV valve, take out the PCV line/hose (5) by pulling apart the rubber hose at the valve connection. Following this, turn the valve down clockwise until the locating tabs break loose from the cam lock. With the tabs unobstructing the valve, pull it straight toward you, so the point of the valve faces downward and don't try to push it too hard. After taking out the O-ring, look at it to see if it's worn or damaged. Insert the valve into the oil filler tub so that the locating tabs are in line with the cam lock, press the valve all the way down and then turn it up to hear a tiny click. After turning the valve towards the rear of the car, plug the PCV line/hose and rubber hose into it.
