To get access to the windshield washer reservoir, cut off the connection for the negative
Battery Cable. Following this, take out or disconnect the clips holding the coolant reserve for gasoline engines or the coolant pressure container for diesel engines from the washer reservoir's inside wall. Remove the washer fluid from the reservoir and put it into a clean spot for storing. Remove the connection between the engine compartment wire harness and the washer pump/motor, making sure you save the washer hose positions. Unplug the front and rear washer hoses from the reservoir washer hoses near the top of the right front strut tower. Take out the screw attaching the reservoir mounting tab to the bracket near the front of the strut tower. Draw the washer reservoir upward till the post below it separates from the hole in the front right wheel house extension and then take the reservoir out of the engine compartment.
