First, use a grease pencil to show where the front fender sits, then remove the fender liner. Take away the screws holding the fender to the fascia, then remove the screws on the lower fender bracket behind the fascia. Following this, unscrew any bolts holding the fender to the rocker and the screws that hold the rear of the fender to the brackets attached to the A-pillar on the driver's side. Lift the hood and take out the screw under the
Hood Hinge that fastens the fender to the rail in the engine compartment and then undo the rest of the screws that link the fender to that rail. When the fender is the only type being replaced, don't forget to remove the radio
Antenna before removing the fender from the body. Install the fender onto the body and, if your vehicle has one, mount the radio antenna. Use your fingers to tighten the screws in place, position the fender with the body panels and guide marks and tighten the screws to 12 N.m (9 ft. lbs.). As the last step, install the inner fender liner.
