How to Install a Center Console Base with Proper Removal and Replacement on Jeep Liberty?

Put the front over the shifter and brake handles and carefully drop the console's back end onto the gear lever. After that, install all the bolts. Put the shift boots on afterward, then stick in the retainer clips and lastly attach the shift bezel.

How to Remove and Replace the Center Console Base on Jeep Liberty?

If your shift bezel is present, remove it before you remove and replace the console. Make sure the park brake lever is up when you are in your driveway. If there is a manual trans shifter boot, detach it using a trim stick C-4755 or its equivalent. When the transfer case shifter is available, remove its boot in the same way. After that, remove the four bolts that keep the console in place and pull the console backwards from the back of the car.
