How to service a Blower Motor Resistor in Manual Heater-A/C Systems on 2000 Chrysler LHS?

The Blower Motor Resistor on a manual Heater-A/C system can be serviced by opening the hood and disconnecting the negative battery cable from the remote battery post. After that, take out the lower right underpanel silencer/duct and remove all the wires from the blower motor resistor. After that, remove the blower motor resistor from the heater housing by unscrewing and removing it. In the process of removing, do the opposite of each step.
