How to Service and Repair a Control Arm Bushing on the Lower Control Arm for Rear Bushing on 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan?

First, take the lower control arm out of the front suspension cradle and firmly mount it in a vise to service and repair its rear bushing. If you use a razor to cut the bushing open on the lower control arm, you can easily remove it from the arm afterward. To perform assembly, first spray Mopar Silicone Spray Lube onto the hole in the lower control arm rear bushing; similar sprays may be used in place of Mopar's. Placing the lower control arm in a vise, insert the bushing and wiggle it steadily until it is past the upset at the opposite end. Place the installed bushing on the control arm where the instructions mentioned.
