How to Locate and Replace the Back Up Light Switch on the NV T350 (A-578) Transaxle on 2000 Dodge Neon?

The top left front is the place where the NV T350 (A-578) transaxle has the back up lamp switch. In order to get rid of it, elevate the vehicle, unplug the connector, and undo the screws of the switch. To install, apply Teflon tape on the threads, do not overtighten, reconnect connector, lower the vehicle and check lamp.
