How to Remove and Install an Ignition Lock Cylinder on 2000 Dodge Neon?

The ignition switch lock cylinder permits the key to turn to five different points. Accessory, off, Unlock, On/ Run and Start. In order to take it out, unplug the battery and then position the key to RUN, press the retaining tab, and drag out the cylinder. To install it, position the cylinder and fit it back, and reconnect the battery.
