How to Maintain a Window Motor for the Front Door on 2000 Dodge Neon?

In order to service the front door window motor, disconnect the negative cable from the battery and move the window up. Remove the door trim panel, water shield and speaker screws. Pivot the motor out and disconnect from the drive cable. For installation, do the opposite of these steps.
