How to Service a Window Motor in the Front Door on 2001 Dodge Neon?

To service the front door window motor, disconnect the battery negative cable and move the window up. Remove the door trim panel, water shield, and the speaker screws. Pivot out the motor, remove it, and install the new motor. Reconnect and fit back the components and battery cable.
