How to Safely Remove and Install a Steering Column Cover on 2000 Dodge Ram 1500?

In order to access the steering column opening cover, one has to disable the air bag system by disconnection of the battery negative cable and waiting 2 minutes. Take out the bottom screws and a trim stick then to open the upper clips. To install it, replicate the procedure, place the cover and hold it with screws.
