How to Replace an Antenna Mast on 2000 Dodge Stratus?

To take out the power antenna mast, take out the cap nut and set the radio to On with ignition set to Accessory. Unscrew the mast by pulling it upwards. Install the new drive rod into the mast tube, change the cap nut and test the radio to be sure that the mast is all the way down.
