How to Service and Repair a Door Latch Assembly on 2000 Dodge Viper?

In order to fix the front door latch, the door trim and stanchion inner trim panels must be removed. Loose screws in the latch and deconnect the latch release handle cable. Install a different latch, re-connect the wiring, re-attach the handle cable. Lastly, re-fit inner trim and door trim panels.
