How to Maintain and Fix a Door Handle on 2000 Dodge Viper?

Take out the inner door stanchion trim panel to begin handling and fixing the exterior front door handle. Then, remove the push pin that holds the door release switch down onto the outside release button. Following that, unscrew the nut on the release button and remove the button from the car. Locate the button directly under the hole of the outer cover and stanchion, install the nut to secure it and your job is complete! After that, attach the door release switch to the release button and fasten it with the push pin retainer. Also, you should fit the inner door stanchion trim back.
