How to Service and Repair a Power Steering Cooler on 2000 Dodge Viper?

In order to service the power steering fluid cooler, take off the air cleaner assembly, then drain the fluid, and remove the hoses. Fix the cooler using 2 bolts 23 Nm. Reconnect hoses, replace air cleaner and start the engine. Set fluid levels sufficiently, and leave time to allow foamy fluid to settle.
