  Begin by taking out the air cleaner from your vehicle to service and repair the power steering fluid cooler. Afterward, take off the hose clamps and pour out the fluid from the two hoses plus the cooler. Take out both bolts attaching the cooler to the cross-car beam. Put the cooler on the cross-car beam and hold it in place with the two bolts, tightening them to 23 Nm (200 inch lbs.). Attach power steering fluid hoses to the cooler and check that the clamp on each hose goes past the upset bead. Replace the air cleaner in your car. Turn on your car and run it for about 10 seconds before turning it back off. When needed, add fluid and keep doing it until the fluid stays put after running the engine. Turn on the engine again and use very little movement to turn the Steering Wheel left and right, briefly touching the stops and add more fluid as required. When you stop the vehicle, examine the fluid and make any necessary changes. Should the foam be very pronounced, give the vehicle some time to rest and repeat the procedure after that.
