How to Maintain a Turn Signal Flasher on 2000 Jeep Cherokee?

To service the turn signal flasher, disconnect the battery negative cable, and remove the knee blocker. Access and disengage flasher wire harness connector and then pull flasher out. Install the new flasher, tighten the connector, reinstall the knee blocker and reconnect the battery cable.
