How to Remove and Install Bumper on 2000 Jeep Wrangler?

If you have fog lights, first take off their connections before moving on. Following this, pull out the screws that hold the bumper to the frame rail. Where needed, remove the tow hook before taking off the bumper from the vehicle. When installing, place the bumper on the vehicle and add the tow hook if your vehicle has one. Install the screws into the frame rail and torque them to 108 N.m (80 ft.lbs.), then connect the fog lamp harness connector if it is needed.
