For wiper blade service and repair, start with the front wiper, lift its arm to get the wiper blade out of the way and raise the element from the glass. To get the wiper blade off the arm, hold the release tab steady and move the blade away from the side of the arm it's on towards the edge where it pivots. Place the blade retainer inside the wiper arm's U-shaped fitting, so that when the release tab snaps, the part with the notch points towards the closest end of the wiper blade to the pivot. Pull up on the rear wiper arm to lift the wiper blade and element off the rear lift window. Push the small tab beneath the arm of the wiper, then slide the blade away from that point. While doing the installation, fit the blade retainer in the U-formed part at the end of the wiper arm and make sure its notched part is nearest to the rear wiper motor while securing the release tab.
