How to Properly Handle Piston and Connecting Rod Installation in an Engine on 2001 Chrysler Concorde?

To remove pistons use a ridge reamer on the cylinder bores and coverage of the pistons. Remove the pistons and the rods from the cylinder block and mark their positions. Install piston rings, making sure they are aligned, and lubricate surfaces. Finally, insert the rod and piston to position, tighten the connecting rod cap bolts to specs.
