How to Service and Repair a Valve Stem Seal on 2001 Chrysler LHS?

To service the valve stem seal, remove the valve spring and use a tool to take off the seals. Install the new seal over the valve guide without forcing it. Compress the spring just enough to install the retainer locks, and do not remove the garter spring. Finally, reinstall the valve spring.
