How to Service and Repair a Valve Stem Seal on Chrysler LHS?

Before servicing or fixing the valve stem seal, remove the valve spring. After that, use a valve stem seal tool to remove the valve stem seals. When mounting, push the seal or seat onto the guide, making sure the valve stem guides it straight on and not against the surface of the top of the guide. Compress the spring just enough to get the valve retainer locks on. Never take out the garter spring from around the seal at the top of the valve stem seal. After everything is in place, next install the valve spring.
