How to Maintain a Fan Motor for Optimal Performance on 2001 Chrysler Sebring?

In order to service the radiator cooling fan motor, the upper crossmember needs to be removed and the electrical connector disconnection made. Unscrew fan assembly, check damage and replace where necessary. To install it, replace the fan, fix it using a clip and fasteners, reconnect the electrical connection, and reattach the crossmember.
