How to Remove and Replace a Crankshaft in an Engine Assembly on 2001 Dodge Caravan?

To replace the crankshaft, remove the engine assembly from the vehicle and separate it from the transaxle. Drain oil, remove oil filter, oil pan and timing belt covers. Remove the bedplate, remove the crankshaft, check it, and replace bearings. Reassemble components, taking torque specifications into account.
