How to Service and Repair a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2001 Dodge Intrepid?

Removal of upper radiator crossmember, radiator fan, accessory drive belts is required to service harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley. Install Special Tool 8191 to remove the damper center bolt making sure the A/C belt tensioner is clear. Install Tighten center bolt to 170 Nm Remove and replace damper using Special Tools 8194 and 1023. Install components later.
