How to Service and Repair a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2002 Dodge Intrepid?

To service the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley, remove the upper radiator crossmember, radiator fan and accessory drive belts. Use Special Tool 8191 to remove the damper center bolt, and then Special Tools 8194 and 1023 to remove the damper. Reinstall with Special Tools 8179 and 6792 with the bolt tightened to 170 Nm.
