  A: The first step of serving and fixing the windshield washer reservoir is to disconnect the battery negative cable and then hoist up the vehicle. Turn off the wire conncector from the reservoir pump and washer hose at the pump. Remove the three screws holding the reservoir, then take the unit out from beneath the fender and take out the washer pump. Simply put the windshield washer pump back in the reservoir and use the two fasteners that come with the speed control vacuum reservoir to keep it in place. After that, place the reservoir back in the fender and tighten the screws to 6.8 to 8.3 Nm (60 to 75 in. lbs.). Hook up the washer hose at the pump, fill the reservoir and join the wire connector to the reservoir pump. After that, take the vehicle down from the hoist and hook up the negative cable to the battery.
