How to Replace and Service a Wiper Blade on 2001 Dodge Neon?

Before you change the wiper blade, raise the wiper arm to the over center setting. Unlock the blade by pressing the button inside the arm tip and pulling out the blade. Put the tip of the wiper arm onto the windshield softly. When installing, raise the wiper arm tip gently from the glass and move it past the over center to the next slot. Mount the blade assembly onto the arm by slipping it forward, so the blade reaches the tip of the arm. After you have put the wipers in the correct place, turn the wiper arm so it rests on the glass and see how it wipes.
