How to Service a Door Lock Switch on 2001 Dodge Ram 3500?

In order to service the door lock switch, disconnect the battery negative cable. Take off the exterior latch handle and get to the switch. Loose the wire connector to the pigtail and take out the switch. To install, do everything in reverse: fix the switch, reattach the pigtail, reattach the latch handle, and reattach the battery.
